The dream catcher is intended for hanging indoors, where it is not exposed to rain or strong winds. After unpacking, the feathers may be slightly wrinkled, so gently smooth them with your fingers before hanging, or allow the decoration to hang freely for a few hours to let the feathers straighten out on their own. Dust from the feathers and net can be removed with a soft brush or a weak stream of cool air from a hairdryer. Do not use water or cleaning agents as they could damage the feathers and net. When placing it in a window, be aware that prolonged direct sunlight may gradually affect the appearance of the feathers, so a spot with diffused light is preferable. When storing the dream catcher, place it loosely in a box to prevent the feathers from bending.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
