The drawing robot for children is an interactive toy that shows young artists how a picture is created step by step. Simply insert one of the 100 themed cards into the top slot, and the robot will use its pen arm to draw the outline of the picture directly onto the paper placed in front of it. The child watches as the line gradually forms into a shape, and then colours in the completed drawing themselves. The robot is made of ABS plastic with rounded edges, and due to its compact size, it fits on any child's table. For drawing, simply use ordinary paper placed on a flat table in front of the robot. The cards are reusable, so the child can have their favourite design drawn again and colour it differently each time. After play, simply wipe the robot with a dry cloth and store the cards to prevent bending. Always close the pens with caps after use to prevent them from drying out, and store the robot in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
The drawing robot combines play with learning, allowing the child to spend time away from screens. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
