The dog and cat toothbrush is a practical aid for regular home dental care for your pet. The brush head is equipped with dense ultra-soft bristles that are gentle on teeth and sensitive gums. The handle of the toothbrush is made of PP plastic and is widened at the bottom, allowing you to hold it comfortably and securely even when cleaning an unruly animal. At the end of the handle, there is a hole for hanging, so you can hang the toothbrush up to dry after washing. The slim neck of the handle makes it easier to reach the back teeth without having to insert your fingers deep into the mouth. The dense bristles conform to the shape of the teeth and help remove food residues and dental plaque.

Start cleaning gradually. Allow your pet to sniff the toothbrush first, then clean only briefly and in small sections of the teeth, gradually increasing the cleaning time to help your animal get used to the new routine without stress. You can use the toothbrush alone or with toothpaste designed for dogs and cats, but never use human toothpaste. After each use, thoroughly rinse the toothbrush under running water, shake off excess water, and let it dry. Once dry, return the toothbrush to the case. When the bristles become frayed or bent, replace the toothbrush with a new one to keep cleaning effective.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
