The digital meat probe thermometer in a slim pen-like design is a practical assistant for cooking, baking, and grilling. The 13.3 cm long stainless steel probe easily penetrates steak, roast, poultry, or fish and measures the temperature directly inside the food. The measurement range of -50 to 300 °C covers meat, milk, sauces, hot oil for frying, and warm beverages. The result is displayed within two to three seconds on a clear LCD screen with backlighting. The thermometer body is made of ABS plastic and features a red colour with a white front panel.

Control is provided by three buttons. The first turns the thermometer on and off while also illuminating the display backlight, the second switches between units °C/°F, and the third is used to lock the current value and for calibration. The value lock holds the measured temperature on the display, allowing you to read it comfortably even after removing the thermometer from the pot. The calibration function at 0 °C allows for easy adjustment of the thermometer using a glass of water and ice. The probe is protected by a red cover with a clip like a pen, making it safe to carry in the pocket of your apron or chef's jacket.
