Putting it on is quick and easy. First, adjust the length of the straps using the sliding buckles according to the child's height, then attach both front clips to the waistband at the front and the back clip at the centre of the back. Attach the clips to the sturdier part of the clothing, preferably to the waistband where they hold most securely. Before putting it on, check that all clips are properly fastened. Position the bow tie under the collar of the shirt so that it is straight and centred. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
