Select the correct size based on the length of the insole. Measure the length of the foot from heel to the longest toe and add approximately 1 cm to ensure the toes have enough space in the slippers. If the child is between two sizes, it is better to choose the larger one. Do not wash the slippers in a washing machine and do not leave them soaking in water for long. Wipe dirt from the upper with a soft damp cloth with a little detergent, do not use a hard brush, and allow the slippers to dry freely in a shaded and well-ventilated area.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
