The braided rope camera strap is designed for photographers who want to keep their device comfortably close. Depending on the chosen variant, the rope features a marled, small wavy or striped pattern, allowing you to select the design that best matches your equipment. The rope is round and finished with metal ends with loops on both ends. The strap is suitable for digital SLRs, mirrorless cameras, and compacts that have loops for attaching the strap. You can attach it in two ways depending on how you use the camera. For a secure connection, use the metal rings threaded through the device's loops; for quick changes, there are cord loops that allow you to detach the strap in no time. This is handy, for example, when working with a tripod or when storing the camera in a backpack. Protective pads are placed between the ring and the camera body to prevent scratches on the surface. The pads have a small hole for the cord of the loop. You can replace the rings and loops at any time depending on whether you prefer a secure attachment or quick removal. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
