The camera strap is a practical accessory for anyone who wants to keep their camera close at hand while ensuring it is securely fastened. The strap is made from braided nylon rope, which is pleasant to the touch and adapts well to the shape of the neck and shoulder. The length of the rope is 105 cm, allowing you to wear the strap around your neck or over your shoulder, depending on what suits you at the moment. At both ends of the rope are metal ends with sturdy loops, into which the included rings are fastened. The package also includes two thin cord loops with leather ends and two protective pads that are inserted between the metal ring and the camera body. Installation can be completed in a moment. Thread the metal ring with the protective pad through the camera loop and attach the strap end to it. Repeat the same procedure on the other side and check before the first use that the rings are securely closed. If your camera only has narrow loops, use the thin cord loops instead of the rings. The nylon rope can be wiped with a damp cloth if needed and left to air dry.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
