Make cuts with a quick and confident motion just before placing the bread in the oven. When changing the blade, unscrew the screw, remove the disc, insert the new blade through the pin hole, and tighten everything again. Wipe the blade dry after use, do not leave the wooden handle in water, and do not wash it in the dishwasher. Store the set in the box out of reach of children, and place the replacement blades back in the box so that the edge does not touch other parts. The hole at the end of the handle allows the knife to be hung on a hook in the kitchen.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
