This bottle glass cutter with a manual glass cutter is a complete set for crafting from empty bottles as well as flat glass. The bottle rests on rotating wheels on a solid plate made of galvanised steel and smoothly moves around the cutting head while turning, creating an even score on the glass. The cutting height is adjustable by sliding the stop along the adjustable rail with precisely cut notches. The cutter is designed for round glass bottles of various diameters and lengths. The included glass cutter can also be used for modifying flat glass pieces.
The durable polyurethane wheels keep the bottle stable and allow for even rotation around its entire circumference. The cutting head is secured with a manual screw, and the stop with the rail is fixed with screws with a large star head, which can be comfortably tightened by hand. When cutting with the manual glass cutter, hold it at an angle of approximately 45 degrees and guide it with even pressure from one end of the score to the other. Then, tap the end of the cutter along the score, press the glass firmly, and break it.

When cutting a bottle, place it in the cutter, press it against the cutting head, and make a score with one smooth turn. Place two rubber rings on either side of the score and alternately pour hot and cold water over the area between them, each time for more than 40 seconds and a total of three times, until the glass separates. Smooth the sharp edges with the included sandpaper. Always wear a glove while working and handle the edges of the glass carefully. After use, wipe the cutter and the glass cutter dry and store them in a dry place.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
