The process is simple. Place the bottle in the cutter, press it against the cutting head, and with one smooth turn, create a score around the circumference. Place two rubber rings of the appropriate diameter on either side of the score and alternately pour hot and cold water over the area between them, each time for more than 40 seconds, a total of three times, until the glass separates at the score. Finally, smooth the sharp edge with the included sandpaper. Use the glove while working and handle the sharp edges of the glass carefully. After use, wipe the cutter dry and store it in a dry place where it will not be exposed to moisture.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
