Book nooks and DIY miniature houses
Between the books on a shelf sit book nook kits. Scenes 14.5–26.8 cm tall create the illusion of an alley or room hidden in the bookcase, such as a Japanese alley with cherry blossom trees, cyberpunk street, steam train station, gothic hall, magic shop or cosy café. Sets have hundreds of parts and touch- or sensor-switched LED lighting, and according to the maker the build takes a few evenings.
Desks and display cabinets suit furnished miniature houses. The smallest models at 11.5 × 9 × 9 cm have a clear dust cover, and mini houses of about 8 × 7 × 13 cm their own light. Larger 3D houses up to 32 cm tall are lit by LEDs, and the box versions look like an open little theatre. You assemble and arrange the furniture and decorations yourself.
The most detail comes from miniature LED kits in wood, metal, fabric, paper and plastic. They become a cake shop, café, bookshop, house with garden, Christmas house or gift factory, with or without a cover. Glue, tools and batteries are usually not included, so have wood and paper glue, tweezers and scissors ready.
How we rank results
We determine the order of offers in search results and in category listings automatically, according to the rules below. No seller is given priority in the ranking, and it is not possible to pay us for a better position.
Search (default sorting “Relevance”): what counts is how well an offer matches the search term. Offers that match the term exactly appear at the top, followed by offers with a small deviation (for example a typo) and finally offers that only partly match it.
Categories (default sorting “Best Sellers”): the offers that sell the most appear at the top.
Sorting by price: if you choose Price: Low to High or Price: High to Low, we sort by price including VAT only.
