Basin taps and mixers
Basin taps and mixers for the bathroom — for the hole in the basin, tall versions for countertop basins and wall-mounted models, plus angle valves for the connection. Choose by the height and reach of the spout and the type of control. Shut off the water before replacing.
Basin taps and mixers
Taps and mixers for the basin — deck-mounted models for the hole in the basin or the countertop, tall versions for countertop basins and wall-mounted models with the body concealed in the wall. Added to these are angle valves and ball valves and connection hoses.
The types of mixer differ in control and construction — single-lever with one cartridge, two-handle with headworks, thermostatic and sensor-operated with touch-free activation. Choose basin taps and mixers by the height and reach of the spout relative to the rim of the basin, so that water does not splash over the rim, and by the number of holes.
Durability is affected by the material and the finish — a brass body with chrome, stainless steel, or a black and gold finish. The inner cartridge, the aerator and the seals are wear parts that can be replaced separately.
Before replacing, shut off the water and release the pressure. Do not twist the connection hoses, tighten joints moderately and check for tightness under the basin after installation. For drinking water use taps intended for that purpose.
Watch the working pressure and temperature and, with instantaneous water heaters, the required minimum flow rate. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, which also apply to installation, cartridge replacement and care of the finish.
How we rank results
We determine the order of offers in search results and in category listings automatically, according to the rules below. No seller is given priority in the ranking, and it is not possible to pay us for a better position.
Search (default sorting “Relevance”): we show offers that match the search term, including those with a small deviation or only a partial match. Their order depends most on how popular the offer is with customers. If you have accepted cookies, the next biggest factor is which categories and offer attributes you have viewed during your current visit. It also matters how popular the offer is for that search term, how closely it matches the term and how popular its category is for that term.
Categories (default sorting “Best Sellers”): the offers that sell the most appear at the top.
Sorting by price: if you choose Price: Low to High or Price: High to Low, we sort by price including VAT only.
