It is best to assemble the pieces on a flat surface or mat where the small bricks won't get lost. Each day, simply open the box with the corresponding number and add another part, making the building process quick and not tiring for anyone. When building with younger children, it is advisable to assist with the smaller pieces. Dust from the finished model can be removed with a soft brush. After the holidays, you can leave the tree on display or take it apart and store it back in the box for the next Advent. The numbered boxes can be opened sequentially from the first of December until Christmas Eve, or you can spread out the building according to your preference and open more boxes at once on weekends when there is more time for crafting.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
