The long and narrow storage box is designed primarily for organising drawers that contain longer items. It is made from clear acrylic, allowing you to see the contents from both the top and the side, so you can quickly identify where everything is. The box is easy to care for. Simply wash it in lukewarm water with a gentle dishwashing detergent, rinse, and let it dry or wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive sponges or harsh cleaning agents to keep the surface smooth and transparent. The dimensions are measured by hand and may vary slightly, so please measure the inside of the drawer where you intend to place the organiser before ordering.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
