This 82 mm threaded lens accessory set combines three practical accessories commonly used in photography into one package. It includes a tulip-shaped lens hood, a UV filter, and a front lens cap with a strap to prevent loss. The hood shades the front lens from side light, the filter protects it from dust and fingerprints, and the cap covers the lens when not in use. The set is universal and suitable for lenses of Canon, Nikon, Sony, Pentax, and other brands, as long as they have a filter thread of 82 mm diameter. The lens hood has a classic shape with petal cutouts and easily screws onto the thread on the front of the lens. Before purchasing, check the diameter of your lens thread. It is usually indicated on the front of the lens, on the barrel, or on the inside of the original cap, typically with the diameter symbol and a number in millimetres. Screw the filter and hood on straight and gently to avoid damaging the thread, and tighten them just enough to hold securely. The longer cutouts of the hood should face up and down, while the shorter ones face sideways. Attach the strap with one end to the cap and the other to the lens or camera strap. Clean the filter with a soft optical cloth, and simply blow off or wipe any dust from the hood with a dry cloth.
