The height increasing insoles with a height of 3.5 cm are the highest variant in this range, adding visible height while remaining discreet inside the shoe. The full-length shape smoothly rises from the toe to the heel, ensuring the foot remains in a natural position and the weight is distributed across the entire surface of the insole. The bottom part made of flexible popcorn-style foam balls cushions every step and quickly returns to its original shape. The upper grey surface made of PU memory foam adapts to the shape of the foot. Due to the increased height, the insoles are primarily designed for ankle boots, high-top trainers, and other taller footwear.
An increase of 3.5 cm requires stable support, which is why the insole features a deep U-shaped heel cup at the back. This keeps the heel centred and helps protect the ankle from rolling during walking and movement. The layer of dense EVA foam absorbs shocks and relieves the feet and joints during all-day wear. Longitudinal grooves in the top layer promote ventilation, and the insole material is absorbent, dries quickly, and reduces odour formation. The non-slip surface prevents the insole from shifting in the shoe, and the contoured midsection supports the arch of the foot.

High insoles require more space in the shoe, so first remove the original insole if possible. If the insole is longer than the shoe, trace the original insole onto it and trim the excess. After wearing, allow them to air out and dry freely at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight, to maintain the foam's elasticity and shape.
The 3.5 cm popcorn insoles are designed for those who wish to add height significantly but without noticeable high-heeled shoes.
