Height increasing insoles with a height of 2.5 cm discreetly enhance your stature while softening the impact with every step. The insole runs the full length of the foot and gradually rises towards the heel, allowing the foot to stand naturally without tipping forward. The base is made up of flexible foam balls resembling popcorn, which act as small cushions while walking. The top features a grey layer of PU memory foam that conforms to the shape of the foot and provides pleasant support. The medium height is a popular choice for trainers and ankle boots where there is enough room for the insole.
Between the popcorn base and the top layer is a dense layer of EVA foam, which absorbs shocks and helps quickly return energy with each step. The back is formed by a deep heel cup that keeps the heel centred within the insole and limits lateral movement. Longitudinal grooves in the front and mid-section improve airflow, reducing perspiration inside the shoe. The material is absorbent, dries quickly, resists wear, and limits odour formation. If the shoe has a removable insole, please remove it before inserting the new one to ensure there is enough room in the shoe. If the insole is slightly longer, trace the original insole on it and trim the protruding toe with scissors. Occasionally remove the insoles, air them out, and allow them to dry at room temperature to keep them fresh.

How do I return goods?
