The height increasing insoles elevate the heel by 1.5 cm and visually add to your height without the need to change your favourite footwear. The insole is full-length, lying under the entire foot from toe to heel, and stays in place while walking. The height gradually increases towards the heel, where the foam is thickest, while remaining thin under the toes to avoid obstruction. The upper black surface is breathable and absorbent, with a flexible yellow foam underneath that cushions each step. The lowest height is suitable for those starting with height increasing insoles, and according to the manufacturer's image, they are particularly suitable for low shoes, such as trainers or walking shoes.

The foam part of the insole is equipped with a series of small ventilation holes that allow better airflow within the shoe. The surface wicks away moisture, dries quickly, and helps limit the development of unpleasant odours, making the insoles suitable for all-day wear. Before inserting into shoes, remove the original insole if the footwear allows, to ensure there is enough room for the foot. If the insole is longer than the shoe, place the original insole on top, trace the outline, and trim the excess with scissors. The insoles can be washed and then left to air dry in a ventilated area to keep them dry and fresh.
