The Ultra version of the wireless clip-on headphones is the most equipped variant of this series, primarily aimed at athletes and active users. The earphone sits on the edge of the ear using a flexible arch, leaving the ear canal open so you can still perceive your surroundings. The Ultra version offers wind noise cancellation during calls, allowing the other party to hear you better even outdoors. The headphones connect to your phone via Bluetooth 5.4 and function as a fully wireless pair. The charging case with LED display shows the battery status, so you know when it's time to recharge. The lightweight construction without rubber earbuds does not strain the ear even during longer workouts.
The Ultra version is marked as a sporty design resistant to sweat and features a non-slip attachment that helps keep the earphone in place while running or at the gym. For first use, manually pair the earphones with your phone in the Bluetooth settings; they will connect automatically next time. You can listen with both earphones in stereo or just one if you want to keep the other ear free, for example, while running in the city. After your workout, wipe the earphones with a dry soft cloth and return them to the case, where they will charge. The case can be charged with the included cable. Do not leave the earphones in direct sunlight or heat for extended periods.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
