The wired macro keyboard is a small assistant for your desk that speeds up your daily computer tasks. It offers 12 programmable keys and three rotary knobs that can be assigned shortcuts, macros, and multimedia controls. The keyboard connects via a cable through the USB-C port, so there’s no need to worry about charging or pairing. It is suitable for photo editing, video cutting, graphic design, office work, and gaming. Copying, pasting, muting sound, or switching tracks are always at your fingertips.
Each of the three knobs can handle three separate functions – turning left, turning right, and pressing. With the knob, you can smoothly adjust the volume, zoom in and out of previews, scroll through timelines, or navigate layers in graphic software. The keyboard saves settings into 3 independent layers, which you can switch between using a button on the side. The current layer is indicated by an LED light that briefly flashes when switched. You can also store text of up to 18 characters on one key, such as a frequently typed phrase or code.

You can set the functions of the keys and knobs in the Windows program: select the key, choose the desired shortcut, macro, or multimedia function, and upload the settings to the keyboard. The keyboard then works without driver installation on other computers and devices. The mechanical switches are replaceable, so you can easily swap them for others with a similar fitting. The backlighting offers several colours and effects, and if you prefer no lights, you can turn them off completely. With three layers, you can prepare a separate set of shortcuts for photo work, another for video editing, and a third for gaming or regular office tasks, switching between them quickly with a single press.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
