The vertical wireless mouse for right-handed users keeps the hand in a natural handshake position, preventing unnecessary twisting of the wrist and forearm while working. The mouse connects via a nano receiver USB 2.4 GHz, which simply plugs into a free port on your computer or laptop. It is powered by a built-in rechargeable 430 mAh battery, so you do not need to buy or replace AA batteries. The shape with a pronounced thumb indentation is designed exclusively for the right hand. A unique feature of this mouse is the built-in Mouse Jiggler function, which simulates cursor movement and prevents the computer from going into sleep mode, locking the screen, or marking you as away in communication applications. You can turn the function on and off with a separate ON/OFF button on the underside of the mouse, independently of regular use. No software or additional devices in the USB port are required. On the underside, there is also a main power switch and a place to store the receiver, so it does not get lost during transport.

You can charge the mouse with the included cable through the USB-C port located at the front of the mouse body. When not in use, it automatically enters energy-saving sleep mode after 60 seconds of inactivity. Before travelling, turn it off using the switch on the underside and store the receiver in the designated compartment to prevent loss. The side buttons with arrows under the thumb are always at hand when browsing the web and documents, and the DPI button allows you to adjust the cursor speed to the size of your monitor. The surface of the mouse can be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
