The Ulanzi RT02 teleprompter is a compact reading device that allows you to speak into the camera smoothly without memorising text. The text is displayed on glass directly in front of the lens, so you maintain eye contact with the audience while reading. The prompter is useful for recording videos for social media, live broadcasts, interviews, online teaching, and presentations. The reading area measures 19 x 12 cm and can be used with a mobile phone or small tablet up to 6 inches. Included in the package is a Bluetooth remote control that allows you to scroll through the text, change the speed, and turn pages without having to touch your phone.
The device is made from a combination of ABS, polycarbonate, glass, and rubber, and takes up little space in a bag when folded. The large folding hood with a dampened opening fits snugly and prevents light from entering the lens. The prompter works with DSLRs and cameras, as well as with mobile phones and laptops. For cameras, the package includes adapter rings with diameters of 58, 67, 72, 77, and 82 mm, and for mobile recording, there is a quick-release phone holder with a clamping range of 55 to 80 mm. The construction also supports wide-angle lenses; at shorter focal lengths below 35 mm, vignetting may occur, and it is advisable to adjust the focal length.

The cold shoe on the top allows you to attach additional LED lights or a microphone, while the 1/4 inch thread on the bottom is for securing to a tripod or table stand. The anti-slip silicone pad keeps the phone with the text stable in place. The shading foam hoods cover the gap around the lens and prevent glare. The glass panel is fragile, so handle it with care and wipe fingerprints off with the included microfiber cloth. The tripod and camera are not included in the package.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
