The TRI Clarion silicone tips in size M are replacement tips for IEM (In-Ear Monitor) earphones, designed to fit most standard ear canals. The package includes 3 pairs in size M, ensuring you have replacements on hand when a tip is lost or worn out. The outer diameter of the tip is 12.6 mm, height is 9 mm, and the inner opening has a diameter of 4.6 mm. The body of the tip is made from soft transparent silicone that adapts to the shape of the ear. Inside, there is a firmer purple core.
The Clarion tips feature a core and sidewall that are joined by injection moulding into a single unit. The internal channel widens outward into a funnel shape, and the reflection groove in its wall directs sound into the ear, rather than dispersing it sideways. This design addresses the loss of detail at low volumes, which can occur with standard tips that have a straight channel. At the bottom of the core, there is a groove for the earphone tip, into which the tip fits securely, preventing it from remaining in the ear canal when removed. The reinforced core also reduces twisting and deformation of the tip. Thanks to the transparent body, the coloured core is easily visible, allowing you to distinguish size M from other sizes in the Clarion range. The soft edge of the tip compresses slightly when inserted into the ear, filling the opening of the ear canal.

When replacing, remove the original tip from the earphone stem and attach the new one so that the edge of the stem fits into the groove in the core. Before purchasing, please check that your earphone stem matches the inner opening of 4.6 mm. To clean, simply wipe the tips with a damp cloth and allow them to dry before reattaching. If the tip becomes loose or loses its shape, it is advisable to replace it with a new one from the package.
