The TianBonsai BAT-01 bonsai tool set is designed for working with roots and substrate, making it ideal for moments when a bonsai is being repotted, cleaned, or its surface adjusted. It includes three types of tools: a tweezer, root rakes, and a pair of straight sticks. All tools are made of metal and have a silver, polished surface. The longest of them are the rakes with a length of 250 mm, allowing access to deeper pots. This set is suitable for beginner growers as well as those who already have basic scissors and pliers and wish to supplement their tools for root ball care.
The tweezer measures 205 mm in length and has curved tips, allowing for precise gripping of small leaves, dry needles, weeds, or pieces of moss. On the opposite end of the tweezer is a flat spatula, which can be used to smooth and press the substrate surface or adjust the moss around the trunk. The middle part of the tweezer is equipped with grooves to ensure a firm grip during use. The root rakes feature three curved tips that help untangle and loosen roots when removing the tree from the pot and separate old substrate. The other end of the rakes is also finished with a spatula.

The pair of straight sticks measuring 200 mm is used for gently loosening roots and piercing compacted substrate. The sticks are also used to work new soil between the roots to prevent air pockets from forming around them. After each use, it is advisable to clean the tools of soil and sap, dry them, and store them in a dry place. This way, the metal tools will remain clean and ready for the next repotting.
The TianBonsai BAT-01 set combines in one package the tools most commonly used for repotting bonsais. The tweezer handles delicate tasks around the trunk, the rakes untangle the root ball, and the sticks assist in spreading new substrate. With lengths from 200 to 250 mm, the tools work well with both small pots and larger trees. The metal design with a silver surface is easy to clean. The set is suitable for bonsais, succulents, cacti, and other potted plants.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
