Before putting on, slide the holder onto your thigh and tighten the strap so that it fits snugly but does not constrict. Then, put on the shirt, attach the clips to its bottom hem, and finally adjust the length of the straps so that the fabric is slightly taut. Repeat the same process for the other leg. Attach the clips to the edge of the shirt carefully to avoid damaging delicate fabrics. After wearing, simply detach the holders and store them; if necessary, you can gently wash them by hand in lukewarm water and let them air dry.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
