Melt the sealing wax on a spoon or use a wax stick to create a puddle on the paper slightly larger than the head. Press the head, attached to the handle, straight down into the wax, hold for a moment, and carefully lift it after it has set. With the square head, it is good to apply even pressure to ensure all edges of the seal are equally pronounced. After use, wipe the head with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place. The handle and sealing wax are not included and must be purchased separately.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
