The sprouting tray is a practical helper for anyone who wants to grow fresh sprouts, microgreens, or cat grass at home without soil. It consists of two parts: a bottom container for water and a top insert with a dense grid, onto which the seeds are spread. The dimensions 22 x 14.5 x 3 cm allow the tray to be conveniently placed on the kitchen counter, windowsill, or shelf. The lightweight tray made of plastic is easy to carry, wash, and can be reused. This way, seeds sprout in a clean environment without soil and mess, and you can manage the entire growing process even without prior experience.

The growing principle is simple. Water is poured into the bottom green container, and pre-soaked seeds are spread onto the white insert. Small holes in the double-layer construction allow roots to grow down to the water while the seeds remain above the surface, helping to prevent rot. Changing the water is easy; just lift the insert, pour out the water from the bottom container, and pour in fresh water. The roots grow through the grid during growth and create a dense crop that can be easily harvested with scissors just above the insert.

Before sowing, rinse the seeds and let them soak in water for a while. Then evenly spread them on the grid and fill the bottom container with water approximately three-quarters full, ensuring the seed level does not submerge. Change the water regularly to keep it clean. Depending on the type of seeds, sprouts are usually ready for harvest in about 3 to 10 days. After harvesting, wash the tray and insert with warm water, let them dry, and you can start with another sowing.

The tray is suitable for beginners as well as experienced growers who want to have fresh vegetables always at hand. You can grow, for example, wheatgrass, mung beans, lentils, or sunflower sprouts in it. Cat owners will also appreciate it, as they can provide their pets with fresh cat grass.
