The set of two sprouting bowls is ideal for anyone who wants to grow fresh sprouts, microgreens or cat grass at home without soil while having multiple varieties at once. Each bowl consists of a lower water container and an upper insert with a dense grid, onto which the seeds are spread. One bowl measures 22 x 14.5 x 3 cm, making them both comfortably fit on the kitchen counter, windowsill or shelf. The lightweight bowls made of plastic are easy to carry, wash and can be reused. In the two bowls, you can grow two different types of seeds or alternate sowing gradually.

The principle of cultivation is simple. Water is poured into the lower green container, and pre-soaked seeds are spread onto the white insert. Small holes in the double-layered construction allow roots to grow down to the water, while the seeds remain above the surface, helping to prevent rot. Changing the water is easy; simply lift the insert, pour out the water from the lower container, and pour in fresh water. The roots grow through the grid during growth and create a dense crop that can be easily harvested with scissors just above the insert.

Before sowing, rinse the seeds and let them soak in water for a while. Then evenly spread them on the grid and fill the lower container with water to about three-quarters full, ensuring the seed level does not submerge. Change the water regularly to keep it clean. Depending on the type of seeds, sprouts are usually ready for harvest in about 3 to 10 days. After harvesting, wash the bowl and insert with warm water, let them dry, and you can start with another sowing.

The set of two bowls is suitable for both beginners and experienced growers who want to have fresh vegetables always on hand.
