Sports wireless headphones with an open design are designed for anyone who wants to listen to music while on the move and still be aware of their surroundings. The IPX5 protection rating means resistance to sweat and splashing water, but the headphones are not intended for swimming or immersion in water. How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
