Overview
Snuffle Mat for Dogs 89 x 58 cm Fleece with Sunflower and 2 Squeaky Carrots Green and Orange For Slow Feeding and Scent Training

The snuffle mat for dogs measuring 89 x 58 cm offers plenty of space to hide treats and kibble for small, medium, and large breeds. It is made from soft fleece and on the green surface, you will find several different zones where the dog must search for food using its nose. Such scent work engages the dog's brain, slows down greedy eating, and helps expend energy even on days with less outdoor activity. The mat is suitable as an interactive toy, a training aid, and as a variation to regular feeding. With its cheerful colours, it looks playful and fits well into the living room, kitchen, or garden.

The largest part features a sunflower with orange petals and a dense green centre made of shaggy fibres, into which treats can easily disappear. Next to it are three wavy stripes made of ruffled fleece strips in green, yellow, and orange, under which kibble can be hidden. Scattered across the surface are 6 cups for treats, a large yellow pocket shaped like a pumpkin, and two sewn-on carrots. Included are also two squeaky carrots that can be inserted into the cups, so the dog must first find and pull out the toy. The underside is grey with a dotted finish, and the rolled-up mat can be secured with the included strap and buckle.

Distribute treats or kibble across multiple zones so that the dog has to search the entire mat progressively. At the beginning, it is advisable to leave some food visibly on top and increase the difficulty as the dog understands the searching principle. Use the mat under supervision and tidy it away after playtime to prevent the dog from using it as a chew toy. Leftover food can simply be shaken off the mat, and after rolling it up, it can be easily stored in a cupboard or taken along on trips.

The fleece snuffle mat measuring 89 x 58 cm combines feeding with play and offers the dog a variety of scent work in one place. The sunflower, wavy stripes, cups, and pumpkin-shaped pocket create different levels of difficulty, ensuring that the search for treats never gets boring. The pair of squeaky carrots adds extra motivation and variety. The mat is suitable for everyday feeding, training, and as entertainment while waiting at home. After use, it can simply be rolled up, and thanks to the strap and buckle, it takes up little space when stored.
