The SL17 magnetic mobile cooler helps keep your phone pleasantly cool during intensive gaming, streaming, or long video recording sessions. At the core of the device is a semiconductor cooling element that actively dissipates heat from the back of the phone, preventing it from overheating. The cooler attaches to the phone using magnetic mounting, allowing you to put it on or take it off with a single motion and without any tools. Before sticking the magnetic plate, clean and degrease the back of the phone or case to ensure the plate adheres well. Position the cooler in the centre of the back of the phone, connect the cable to a USB power source, and you can start gaming. You can connect the cable to a USB adapter in a socket, to a computer, or to a power bank, making the cooler usable at home and on the go. Keep the fan grilles free and clean to allow the cooler to intake and exhaust air without restrictions. After finishing gaming, disconnect the cooler and store it in a dry place where it will not be exposed to dust or moisture.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
