The shoulder bottle bag is a practical assistant for anyone who wants to have a drink always at hand and does not want to carry a backpack. The main compartment fits bottles and flasks with a capacity of approximately 590 ml to 1.2 L, so it can accommodate large sports bottles with a handle. The top closes with a drawstring with a stopper, which keeps the bottle in place. You can carry the bag over your shoulder or crossbody, leaving your hands free. On the front, there is a zip pocket where you can store your mobile phone, keys, wallet, or small items for the journey. There are two elastic side pockets that are perfect for tissues, sunglasses, snacks, or a charger. The bag is made from water-resistant material. Simply empty the bag after use and wipe it with a damp cloth, or gently wash it in lukewarm water and let it air dry. Before storing the bottle, we recommend securely closing the lid to prevent spillage in the bag. You can easily adjust the strap to your height and whether you carry the bag on your side or across your chest. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the bag fits into a suitcase or larger backpack when you do not need it.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
