The root hook is mainly used during repotting. Carefully loosen the root ball with it, remove the old substrate, and untangle the roots before trimming them. After each use, clean the tools of sap and soil residues, allow them to dry, and return them to the case. The loops inside the case hold each tool in place, so you have the entire set neatly stored and the individual tools are separated from each other.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
