Before first use, fully charge the ball. Charging takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, and the toy will then remain active for about an hour and a half. After play, turn off the ball to prevent unnecessary battery drain. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and store the toy in a dry place as it is not waterproof. Do not leave it near a water bowl, cat fountain, or in a damp bathroom.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
