The SAYODEVICE Macro Keyboard is a small assistant for anyone who wants to work faster on their computer with fewer keystrokes. It offers 12 programmable keys arranged in two rows of six, allowing you to easily control it with one hand while the other remains on the mouse or graphics tablet. You can assign your own shortcut, key combination, mouse function, or multimedia control to each key. Inside are mechanical OUTEMU Red switches that respond lightly and smoothly. The keyboard connects via cable and works without driver installation; simply plug it into your computer or laptop's USB port.
Shortcuts can also be composed of several keys at once, such as Ctrl and a character, Alt with Ctrl and a character, or Alt with Ctrl, Shift, and a character. This allows you to prepare commands that typically require both hands in programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, or CorelDRAW with a single press. Settings can be saved to 4 levels, so you can separate layouts for office work, video editing, drawing, and gaming, and easily switch between them without reprogramming. The switches are hot swap type, so you can replace them in the future without soldering. Multi-coloured RGB backlighting shines under the keys, making it visible even when working in the evening.

The keyboard takes up little space on the desk, so you can place it next to a standard keyboard, beside a laptop, or on a table with a graphics tablet. The anti-slip pads on the bottom keep it in place even during rapid pressing. A dry cloth is sufficient for cleaning, and dust between the keys can be removed with a brush or compressed air. When replacing switches, proceed carefully and pull the switch straight out to avoid bending its contacts.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
