When sealing, first melt the sealing wax on a spoon or use a wax stick and pour it onto the paper to form a small puddle. Place the head screwed onto the handle perpendicular to the wax, hold it for a moment, and after a short setting time, carefully lift it. If the wax sticks, you can briefly cool the head before imprinting by placing it on a cold surface. After use, wipe the head with a soft cloth to remove any wax residue, and store it in a dry place. Sealing wax and the handle are not included in the package and need to be purchased separately.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
