Replacement remote key case for Mercedes Benz vehicles manufactured from 2000 onwards is designed to replace a worn or damaged casing of the original key. The case supports original electronics of type NEC and BGA, which you will transfer from your key. The case features 4 buttons for unlocking and locking the vehicle, for the boot, and a red PANIC button. The case is made of ABS plastic and metal, in black with silver shiny sides. The packaging includes only the case, without electronics, transponder chip, and battery.
- Compatibility — The case is intended for Mercedes Benz vehicles manufactured from 2000 onwards. Before ordering, compare the shape of the case and the arrangement of buttons with your original key. The case corresponds to keys in the shape shown in the product photographs.
- NEC and BGA Electronics — The case supports original electronics of type NEC and BGA. You can determine the type of electronics by opening the original key. If you are unsure of the type, compare the circuit board with the specifications for your key before ordering.
- 4 Buttons — The front side has three buttons. At the top left is the button with the symbol of an open boot, at the top right the button with the symbol of an unlocked lock, and at the bottom the button with the symbol of a locked lock. The fourth, red button with the inscription PANIC is on the black part at the bottom of the case.
- No Electronics — The case does not contain electronics, transponder chip, or battery. These parts need to be transferred from the original key. Without transferring the electronics, the case alone will not unlock or lock the vehicle.
- Material — The case is made of ABS plastic and metal. The weight of the case is 55 g.
- Appearance — Both the front and back of the case are black with a matte finish, and the sides of the case are silver and shiny. At the top, there is a metal part with a hole for a keyring, and at the bottom, a black plastic part with the PANIC button.
- Blade — According to the specification, the case also includes a blade. We recommend comparing its profile with the blade of your original key.
- Usage — The case is suitable for a cracked casing, worn buttons, or otherwise damaged casing of the original key. The electronics from the original key remain, and only the outer casing is changed.
- Replacement Procedure — Open the original key and carefully remove the circuit board, transponder chip, and battery. Insert these parts into the new case in the same position and close the case again. Finally, test all buttons.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
