The replacement remote key case for Mercedes Benz vehicles manufactured from 2000 onwards is designed to replace a worn or damaged case of the original key. The case supports original electronics of type NEC and BGA, which you will transfer from your key. The front features 2 buttons for unlocking and locking the vehicle. The case is made of ABS plastic and metal, in black with silver glossy sides. The package contains only the case, without electronics, transponder chip, or battery.
- Compatibility — The case is intended for Mercedes Benz vehicles manufactured from 2000 onwards. Before ordering, compare the shape of the case and the arrangement of buttons with your original key. The case corresponds to keys in the shape shown in the product photographs.
- NEC and BGA Electronics — The case supports original electronics of type NEC and BGA. You can determine the type of electronics by opening the original key. If you are unsure of the type, compare the electronic board with the specifications for your key before ordering.
- 2 Buttons — There are two buttons on the front. The upper button has the symbol of an unlocked lock and the lower button has the symbol of a locked lock. Between the buttons is a round area without controls.
- Without Electronics — The case does not contain electronics, transponder chip, or battery. These parts need to be transferred from the original key. Without transferring the electronics, the case will not unlock or lock the vehicle by itself.
- Material — The case is made of ABS plastic and metal. The weight of the case is 55 g.
- Appearance — Both the front and back of the case are black with a matte finish, and the sides of the case are silver and glossy. At the top, there is a metal part with a hole for a keyring, and at the bottom, a black plastic part.
- Blade — According to specifications, the case also includes a blade. We recommend comparing its profile with the blade of your original key.
- Usage — The case is suitable for when the original key's casing is cracked, the buttons are worn, or the case is otherwise damaged. The electronics from the original key remain, and only the outer casing is changed.
- Replacement Procedure — Open the original key and carefully remove the electronic board, transponder chip, and battery. Insert these parts into the new case in the same position and close the case again. Finally, test all buttons.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
