Before installation, measure the distance from the outlet of the gutter to the ground or to the container where the water is to drain. Hang the hook at the top end in the outlet hole of the gutter so that the water flows directly down the chain. It is advisable to let the bottom end discharge into a rainwater barrel, a large flower pot with stones, a gravel bed, or a drainage channel, where the water can be collected and later used for watering. If it is often windy in the area, you may lightly anchor the bottom end of the chain to ensure the water flows consistently to the same spot. Occasionally check to see if leaves or needles are accumulating in the cans, and rinse them out with water if necessary.

How do I return goods?
