The QCY Crossky C30S wireless earphones with an open design do not insert into the ear canal but clip onto the edge of the ear. This keeps the ear free, allowing you to hear your surroundings, and the earphones do not press even during long wear. The flexible arch made of Ni-Ti memory alloy with a soft silicone surface adapts to the shape of your ear and holds securely while walking, running, or cycling. Each earphone weighs only 5 g, so you hardly feel it on your ear. The package also includes a cleaning pen, making it easy to keep the earphones and case clean.
The sound is delivered by a dynamic driver with a diameter of 10.8 mm with a dual magnet, providing clear highs, full mids, and pronounced bass. Support for the LDAC codec allows for high-resolution wireless transmission marked as Hi-Res Audio Wireless, and for other devices, the SBC codec is available. Directional sound transmission aims directly into the ear canal and limits sound leakage to the surroundings, so people around you cannot hear the music. The connection is ensured by Bluetooth 6.0 with a latency of 75 ms, which you will appreciate while watching videos and playing games. The earphones can connect to two devices simultaneously, allowing you to switch between your phone and laptop without re-pairing.

To wear the earphones, clip them onto the thinnest part of the outer ear according to the L and R markings and rotate the speaker towards the ear canal. A touch will play or pause the music, skip a track, answer or reject a call, and activate the voice assistant. In the QCY app, you can adjust the equaliser and other settings to your liking. After use, place the earphones back in the case, where they will charge automatically. The surface of the earphones and case can be wiped with a dry soft cloth.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
