The QCY Crossky C30S wireless earphones feature an open design that does not insert into the ear canal but clips onto the outer edge of the ear. This keeps the ear open, allowing you to hear your surroundings while ensuring that the earphones do not press against your ears even during prolonged wear. The flexible arch made of Ni-Ti memory alloy with a soft silicone surface adapts to the shape of your ear and holds securely while walking, running, or cycling. Each earphone weighs just 5 g, making them barely noticeable in your ear. These earphones are suitable for sports, work, travel, and everyday listening to music and podcasts.
The sound is delivered by a dynamic driver with a diameter of 10.8 mm featuring a dual magnet, producing clear highs, rich mids, and pronounced bass. The support for the LDAC codec enables high-resolution wireless audio transmission, labelled as Hi-Res Audio Wireless, while the SBC codec is available for other devices. Directional sound transmission directs audio straight into the ear canal, minimising sound leakage to the environment, so people around you cannot hear your music. Connectivity is provided by Bluetooth 6.0 with a latency of 75 ms, which you will appreciate when watching videos and playing games. The earphones can connect to two devices simultaneously, allowing you to switch between your phone and laptop without needing to re-pair.

To wear the earphones, clip them onto the thinnest part of the outer ear according to the L and R markings, and orient the speaker towards the ear canal. A touch will play or pause the music, skip tracks, answer or reject calls, and activate the voice assistant. In the QCY app, you can adjust the equaliser and other settings to your liking. After use, place the earphones back into the case, where they will charge automatically. The surface of both the earphones and the case can be wiped with a dry soft cloth.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
