The magnetic card wallet is a practical accessory for anyone who wants to keep their payment card, driving licence, or travel card always with their phone. It attaches to the back of the mobile using a hidden magnet designed for the MagSafe system, so you don’t need any glue or special case with a pocket. Before attaching the wallet, it is advisable to wipe the back of the phone or case to ensure no small dirt remains between the magnet and the surface. The artificial leather surface only needs to be wiped occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth and left to air dry. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or solvents that could damage the material. Insert cards into the wallet from the top and gently slide them out with your thumb through the cutout at the bottom.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
