Hang the hanger from a ceiling hook, wall hook, beam, or sturdy rod that can support the weight of the pot with soil and plant. Place the pot in the bottom netting and evenly distribute the knots around it to ensure it sits straight and stable. It is practical to remove the pot before watering or to use a container without drainage holes to prevent water from dripping down the ropes. How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
