The M.2 SSD enclosure transforms a spare drive into fast portable storage that you can connect to a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or phone. The case supports two protocols, allowing you to insert an M.2 NVMe or M.2 SATA drive with an M or B+M key. The USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface with a USB-C connector offers a theoretical transfer speed of up to 10 Gb/s for NVMe drives. The enclosure accommodates drives measuring 2230, 2242, 2260, or 2280 with a capacity of up to 4 TB. It is suitable for data backup, transferring large files, or repurposing a drive left over from a computer upgrade.
The body combines aluminium alloy with ABS plastic, and the top cover features longitudinal ribs that increase the surface area for heat dissipation. An included thermal conductive silicone pad is placed between the drive and the cover, allowing heat from the chips to transfer directly to the metal. The controller supports UASP and TRIM protocols, ensuring stable transfers and maintaining drive performance even during prolonged use. The enclosure measures 108 x 29.5 x 13.5 mm and fits easily into a backpack or laptop bag. Operation is indicated by an LED on the enclosure.

Installation takes just a few minutes. Using the included screwdriver, you loosen the screw, remove the cover, apply the silicone pad, insert the drive at an angle into the slot, and secure it with the silicone stopper. After closing the cover, simply connect the enclosure with the cable, and the drive will appear in the computer as a standard external storage device without the need for driver installation. You will achieve the highest speeds when connected to a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port.
The external enclosure is suitable for anyone who needs to transfer photos, videos, or backups between multiple devices. With support for both NVMe and SATA protocols, you can use most M.2 drives with M or B+M keys without worrying about which type you have at home. The ribbed aluminium casing helps keep the drive temperature under control even when copying large files. Its compact dimensions make it a practical companion for travel, work, or school. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
