The external enclosure transforms a standalone M.2 NVMe PCIe drive with an M key into a compact portable storage device that you can connect to a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or phone. It communicates via the USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface with a USB-C connector and supports data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gb/s. It accommodates drives of lengths 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280 with a capacity of up to 4 TB. It is suitable for a drive left over after upgrading a laptop, as well as for a new drive intended for backup. The enclosure is designed only for NVMe drives; M.2 SATA drives will not function in it.
The cover is made of an aluminium alloy complemented with ABS plastic, and its top side with longitudinal ribs helps dissipate the heat that the NVMe drive generates during long copying sessions. A thermal conductive silicone pad is inserted between the drive and the cover, transferring heat directly to the metal. The controller supports UASP and TRIM protocols for smooth and stable transfer. The enclosure measures 108 x 29.5 x 13.5 mm, making it pocket-sized and fitting into a smaller accessory case. It is connected using a short 2-in-1 cable that is 15 cm long, which connects the enclosure to both USB-C and older USB-A ports.

Before inserting the drive, ensure it is an NVMe model with a single notch on the right side of the connector, that is, with an M key. Use the included screwdriver to loosen the cover screw, place the silicone pad on the drive, insert the drive into the slot, and secure it with the silicone stopper. After closing the cover, connect the enclosure with the cable, and the system will recognise the drive as a standard external storage device without the need for driver installation. You will achieve the highest speeds on a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port; on slower ports, the enclosure operates at lower speeds.
The enclosure with a short cable is a practical choice for anyone who wants to keep a fast NVMe drive on hand. You can use it for backing up documents, transferring photos and videos between computers, and expanding the capacity of laptops and desktop computers. The 15 cm cable does not get in the way on the desk or in the bag, and thanks to the 2-in-1 connector, you can connect to both newer and older devices. The aluminium cover with cooling ribs helps keep the drive at a reasonable temperature even during extended use.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
