For optimal performance, connect the cooler to an adapter with a power output of at least 5 V / 3 A. The manufacturer recommends using the cooler in ambient temperatures of up to 25 °C. Stick the metal plate to a degreased and dry surface for a secure hold. When using the clip, place the cooling surface in the centre of the back of the phone, where it typically heats up the most. After use, disconnect the cooler from the power supply, wipe it with a dry cloth, and store it in a dry place.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
