K9C PLUS LED car bulbs with 9012/HIR2 base replace the original halogen lighting in the front headlights of passenger cars, and the package contains two pieces for both the left and right sides of the vehicle. According to the manufacturer's information, the 9012 type from the K9C PLUS series is intended for headlights with a projector lens, and installation in reflector headlights is not recommended. The bulb body is made of aluminium, complemented at the rear with a ribbed heat sink and a fan that actively dissipates heat from around the diodes, and inside, copper tubes conduct heat away from the LED chip. A colour temperature of 6000 K corresponds to a cool white light, whose shade is close to daylight and differs from the yellowish glow of traditional halogen bulbs. According to the information on the packaging, it features an all-in-one design with plug and play connection to the twelve-volt electrical system.

Also, check the available space behind the headlight, as the bulb has a fan and ribbed heat sink at the rear. Installation is carried out in the same manner as the original halogen bulb: the holder is released, the old bulb is removed, and the new one is inserted in its place. With the pair of pieces in the package, both sides of the vehicle shine with the same cool white light of 6000 K. The K9C PLUS series thus offers a variant with a higher stated power consumption than the older K7C series.
