KZ foam ear tips are replacement plugs for in-ear headphones that replace worn, lost or uncomfortable silicone tips. They are made of memory foam, which slowly returns to its original shape after being compressed and adapts to the shape of the ear canal once in the ear. The package contains three pairs in different sizes S, M and L with an outer diameter of 11, 12 and 13 mm, so you can easily choose the size that fits you best. The tips seal the ear canal well, reduce ambient noise and help the headphones sit more securely in your ears. The black finish looks discreet and suits most headphones.
After being squeezed between your fingers, the memory foam takes up to 5 seconds to return to its original shape. During this time you can comfortably insert the tip into your ear, where it gradually expands and fills the ear canal. Body heat softens the foam further so that it adapts even better to the shape of your ear, making the tips comfortable to wear even during longer listening sessions. All three sizes have the same inner bore with a diameter of 4.2 mm, which fits onto the sound nozzle of the headphones. The tips are designed for in-ear headphones with interchangeable tips and resemble classic cylindrical earplugs with a slightly tapered front.

Before fitting, gently squeeze the tip between your fingers, insert the earphone into your ear and wait a moment for the foam to expand and fill the ear canal. If the tip does not seal in your ear or, on the contrary, presses, try another size from the set. Due to the elasticity of the foam, the dimensions may vary slightly when measured by hand. Keep the tips dry and clean, and when replacing them, pull them off the headphone nozzle carefully so as not to damage the foam.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
