The interactive laser ball for cats is a self-moving toy that entertains your pet even when you cannot play with them. Once switched on, the ball rolls across the floor, changes direction, and when it bumps into an obstacle, it turns and continues on a different path. During its movement, it emits a red laser dot, which cats love to chase, and it drags a plush mouse with colourful feathers on a flexible holder behind it. Control is managed by a single button on the side of the ball. A long press turns the toy on or off, a short press switches between high and low speed, and a double press changes the mode. In normal mode, the ball runs continuously and automatically turns off after 10 minutes. In intelligent mode, it goes into standby after 5 minutes of play, and the cat can wake it up again by nudging it. If it is not awakened by anyone within 10 minutes, it automatically turns off to save battery. Additionally, the ball emits short voice alerts at regular intervals, making it easy to find even if it rolls under the sofa or behind a cupboard.

The attachment holder is attached to the ball through the side openings and can be easily removed by stretching both arms if needed. You can replace the mouse with the cord from the package to change the game for your cat. After play, wipe the ball with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not direct the laser beam into the eyes of people or animals, and use the toy under supervision.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
